Electricity bill relief set to be ‘key feature’ of May budget: Chalmers

Treasurer Jim Chalmers says he expects electrical energy invoice reduction to be a “key function” of the Could federal price range.

“We’re speaking right here about $1.5 billion in Commonwealth cash along with state and territory effort to take a few of the sting out of those electrical energy payments as folks obtain them,” Mr Chalmers mentioned on Wednesday at a media convention.
